The rules and terms governing your use of LazyBots and all related services.

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and LazyBots, a privately owned United States based business. They govern your use of LazyBots software including AutoWriter, AutoTyper, AutoSolver, the website, and all related services. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
"Content" means any text, prompts, or materials you provide. "Output" means results generated by the Services. "Third Party Platform" means any site or service not operated by LazyBots. "Subscription" means a paid recurring plan.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. If using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You consent to receive electronic communications from LazyBots related to the Services, including billing notices and policy updates.
LazyBots grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use the Services to build a competing product.
The Services include automation features. Automation may violate Third Party Platform rules, employer policies, academic codes, or testing rules. You voluntarily assume all risks, including account suspension, academic discipline, employment termination, or legal claims. LazyBots is not responsible for actions taken by third parties.
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purpose. Prohibited uses include:
Output may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any Output. The Services do not provide legal, medical, financial, academic, or other professional advice.
What LazyBots collects: email address, subscription status, billing metadata, and limited operational logs for security and functionality.
What LazyBots does not collect: government IDs, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation, payment card numbers (Stripe handles these), or third-party account passwords.
Payments: Processed by Stripe under their own terms. LazyBots does not store card numbers or CVV codes.
No sale: LazyBots does not sell personal information.
Paid Subscriptions authorize recurring charges until cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe with a clear, truthful reason. LazyBots reserves the right to approve or deny requests. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting LazyBots may result in immediate account suspension.
LazyBots may update, add, remove features, impose usage limits, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. LazyBots does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
LazyBots owns all rights in the Services, including software, designs, logos, and trademarks. Feedback you provide grants LazyBots a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it without compensation.
You agree to defend and hold harmless LazyBots from any claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of any law, or your Content and Output use.
LazyBots may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without notice for violation of these Terms, abuse, security risk, chargebacks, or legal compliance.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted. Before arbitrating, contact LazyBots and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
